HM Inryo the Denki-ba (Electric Horse) doing what comes naturally -- playing with megawatts of electrical power. In this case, Inryo is dancing on the high voltage plasma lightning generated by a pair of Tesla coils [link] .

His body is mostly shifted into electrical energy. Inryo can carry a rider easily, but his owner figured it would be much more lovely just to have the horse take the stage and show off his native abilities.

While a Denki-ba can carry a human on these little jaunts, it is not for the faint (or weak) of heart, and can only be done safely by older horses who fully understand how to perform the phase-shifting for themselves before they carry a rider along into high energy aether.

It felt good to get this done, it's been a dry month for me thanks to RL work overload and the passing of beloved old cat. I'm slowly starting to feel creative again.
