Ooo, like the effect on the eye in the first panel! The whole page came out nice. I think the brush lines worked a lot better for the style. Now for me to tame that ornery brush! ;)

And... the only way to tame a brush is to use it lots! I'll work on the next page... :D Oh yeah, be sure your brush is a good one. Best are the Kolinsky sables, just don't let the ink dry on them like I've done. :o

I have abused my brushes and brush pens horribly. :blushes: I used the Sakura brush pens for this one, but I should see if I still have one of the old Tombos somewhere. Even with the bigger "brush," those seemed easier to control.
